Just a mum who is addicted to handbags, addicted to tea (especially Chai), and who is also addicted to Pickles (not the eating kind, as you will discover).

This blog is my journey from pregnancy and beyond as a mother.

Facing the world through baking (oh to eat cupcakes everyday), music (sing sing sing) and becoming a fashionista (oh to own just one pair of Jimmy Choo shoes)!

There is no such thing as maternal Instincts, rather, you learn how to become a parent. It just doesn't fall out of the sky and plop in your lap. You have to learn, make mistakes, correct them and move on. Just as much as your little baby has to get to know you, you have to get to know them... and that's the beauty, the inspiration and the love that comes from being a parent. Just remember, happiness comes from yourself then you give it to your children!
