There is no such thing as maternal Instincts, rather, you learn how to become a parent. It just doesn't fall out of the sky and plop in your lap. You have to learn, make mistakes, correct them and move on. Just as much as your little baby has to get to know you, you have to get to know them... and that's the beauty, the inspiration and the love that comes from being a parent. Just remember, happiness comes from yourself then you give it to your children!
